Begäran om logi
1. Fyll i pdf-formuläret för boendeansökan och skicka det till nationella sekreterare sahib Umure Amma till umureamma@ahmadiyya.se. Formuläret måste fyllas i av sökanden. I fältet ”Respected” skriv “Amir Sahib X” x lika med det land du vill bo i.
2. Nationella sekreterare sahib Umure Amma kommer att kontakta dig och ge dig ett referensnummer och berätta vilket datum Jama har vidarebefordrat din ansökan till relevant Jama’at.
3. Vänta i fyra dagar, kontakta Jama’at där du har ansökt om ditt boende, informera dem om ditt referensnummer och det datum då din begäran skickades till Markaz.
4. Kontrollera med dem om de har möjlighet att vara värd för dig. (Observera att detta bara är en begäran som Jama’at Sverige skickar till utländska Jama’at, beslutet fattas av den utländska Jama’at om de kan vara värd för dig eller inte).
Viktig information: Medlemmar som reser från Sverige till Storbritannien rekommenderas starkt att ordna giltig rese- och sjukförsäkring före avresa, för att undvika oförutsedda medicinska kostnader eller svårigheter vid sjukdom eller nödsituation under vistelsen.Accomodation Request
1. Fill in the accommodation application pdf form and send it to National Secretary sahib Umure Amma at umureamma@ahmadiyya.se. Form must be completely filled by applicant. In the field “Respected” write “Amir Sahib X” x equal to country you wish to stay in.
2. National Secretary sahib Umure Amma will contact you and give you a reference number and tell you which date Jama’at forwarded your application to relevant Jama’at.
3. Wait for four days, contact the Jama’at where you have applied for your accommodation, inform them about your reference number and the date your request was forwarded to Markaz.
4. Check with them whether they have the possibility to host you. (Please note that this is only a request sent by Jama’at Sweden to the foreign Jama’at; the decision is made by the foreign Jama’at as to whether they can host you or not.)
Important Information: Members traveling from Sweden to the UK are strongly advised to arrange valid travel and health insurance prior to departure, in order to avoid any unforeseen medical expenses or difficulties in case of illness or emergency during their stay.
